Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the time credit is NOT automatically applied to the client's account (which is contrary to appointment package shop purchases!), as gift vouchers are most likely to be gifts to non-registered users, such as friends and relatives.

We recommend the following handling:

  1. The gift recipient brings the voucher to the scheduled appointment
  2. The provider validates the voucher 
  3. The provider adds the client to the contact list if necessary
  4. The client is assigned the credit
  5. Going forward, the billing and the settlement of the account credit is automatically taken care of during the booking process within SwingWorks

WIE KÖNNEN MEINE KUNDEN IHRE GUTSCHEINE EINLÖSEN?

Beim Kauf eines Geschenk-Gutscheins wird das Guthaben für die Unterrichtszeit NICHT automatisch auf das Konto des Kunden gutgeschrieben (im Gegensatz zu Verkäufe im Shop!), da es sich bei den Geschenk-Gutscheine sehr wahrscheinlich um Geschenke an nicht registrierte Nutzer, wie beispielsweise Freunde und Verwandte, handelt.

Wir empfehlen folgende Handhabung:

  1. Der Beschenkte bringt den Gutschein zur Unterrichtsstunde
  2. Der Pro validiert den Gutschein. Das Guthaben dem Kunden über SwingWorks entsprechend zugeteilt werden.
  3. Zukünftig geschieht die Abrechnung des Kontoguthabens automatisch während des Buchungsprozesses.
