1. Private Appointment Packages Sold via the Shop
Upon purchase of a package, the appointment time credit is automatically applied to the client's account, and the credit becomes immediately available for redemption during the booking process. The billing, i.e. account credit settlement, automatically happens within SwingWorks.
2. Gift Vouchers Sold via the Shop (for Private Appointment Packages)
Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the appointment time credit is NOT applied to the client's account. The reason is that the gift vouchers are most likely gifts to non-registered users, such as friends and relatives. The user first needs to register with SwingWorks, before the credit can be applied to their account.

SHOPVERKÄUFE ALLGEMEINES HANDLING
1. Über den Shop verkaufte Privatterminpakete
Beim Kauf Zeitguthabenpakets wird das Guthaben dem Konto des Kunden gutgeschrieben und kann sofort verwendet werden. Die Abrechnung des Guthabens während der Buchung erfolgt automatisiert.
2. Über den Shop verkaufte Geschenk-Gutscheine
Beim Kauf eines Geschenk-Gutscheins wird das Zeitguthaben NICHT direkt auf das Konto des Kunden gutgeschrieben. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die Gutscheine höchstwahrscheinlich Geschenke an nicht-registrierte Nutzer (bspw. Freunde und Verwandte) sind. Der Nutzer muss sich zunächst bei SwingWorks registrieren, bevor das Guthaben seinem Konto gutgeschrieben werden kann.
