HOW DO I MANUALLY ASSIGN TIME CREDIT TO A CLIENT´S ACCOUNT?

This feature is useful when you promote specials for private appointments, e.g. private appointment  packages such as buy 10 lesson units and get 1 free. It´s also useful when you sell gift vouchers via SwingWorks where the account of the client gets credited.

This is how you configure it:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to the menu "MY CONTACTS"
  3. Highlight a contact and select "Account Balance" from the navigation menu
  4. Via the dropdown, select the private appointment type for which you would like to add the credit
  5. Then click on the button "ADD NEW PACKAGE". Here, you have the option to set the price, number of appointment units, and select the payment method, all which will be confirmed via email to your client (you will be set in copy):

If the "Money Transfer" option is selected as payment method, the client will be requested in the email booking confirmation to manually transfer the money to your bank account (i.e. incoming payments will not be automated; for automated payments, please activate Stripe or PayPal).

Note: The new balance is immediately credited to the client´s account. 

 

The manager does the configuration on behalf of pros on salary, as follows:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to the menu "MY GOLF BUSINESS" -> "ALL CONTACTS"
  3. Proceed with steps 3-5 above.
