SwingWorks Plan: Pro, Golf Team, Virtual Golf
Steps for the manager:
Step 1: Define and assign a tag to classes:
1. Login as manager. Schedule classes (group lessons).
2. Under MY GOLF BUSINESS -> CLASS MANAGEMENT -> open an existing class -> select the check box "Private class?" and click "OK" to save
3. In the table, click on the pen "Private Class Tags". Click on "MANAGE TAGS" to add a new tag or edit an existing tag. "Choose a tag" to assign a defined tag to a class.
A successfully saved tag appears with its tag name within the CLASS MANAGEMENT table for the respective class.
Step 2: Authorize a contact to participate in the membership by assiging the class tag
1. Login as manager. Either go to MY CONTACTS (only available under the teaching head pro/manager profile) or MY GOLF BUSINESS -> ALL CONTACTS
2. In the table, click on the pen "Private Class Tags" -> "+". Define the client specific properties and activate the membership.
A successfully saved tag appears with its tag name within the CONTACTS table for the respective contact.
Steps for the Pro:
The process is identical, except that the tag configuration takes place under MY CLASSES.
