Product Creation & Sales for One-Time and Recurring Payments – Fully Integrated

You can now create both one-time and recurring Stripe products directly within SwingWorks – and handle the entire purchase process through your public location page, including payment via Stripe.

Examples include:

  • Recurring products, such as memberships (e.g. Online Coaching, Indoor Golf Memberships)

  • One-time purchases, such as Private Platzreife

💡 Required Plan:
Teams Plan or Indoor Golf Plan at the standard rate

How to Configure Stripe Products in SwingWorks:

  1. Create a Stripe Account (https://stripe.com/)

  2. Copy your Stripe API and Secret Key to SwingWorks
    → under MY PROFILE

  3. Create a Product – log in and go to:
    MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → “Edit Stripe Products”
    → Click “+” to add a new product
    → Select product type (one-off or recurring)
    → Add name, price, key benefits and terms & conditions

  4. Publish the Product:
    After saving, the product is automatically displayed on your public location page under “Products”

Your Benefits:

  • Significantly fewer actions required in the Stripe Dashboard

  • Centralized product management inside SwingWorks

  • Products appear automatically on your public location page

  • Full visibility of all purchases and subscription statuses

Note: Some actions still need to be handled in the Stripe Dashboard:

  • Managing and updating payment methods (e.g. credit cards)

  • Handling payment issues (e.g. failed cards, pausing or canceling subscriptions)
