Membership access is now assigned fully automatically based on the purchase of a Stripe subscription on your venue page and the allocation of pre-defined membership tags to users.

How to Configure Automatic Tag Assignment
1. Open a Stripe Account (https://stripe.com/) and copy the api and secret key to SwingWorks (under MY PROFILE)
2. Define your subscription models (memberships):
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS -> LOCATION MANAGEMENT → “Edit Subscriptions”
→ Define the subscription models (memberships) along with the eligible appointment types and contingents
3. Sell your membership online - Create and publish a Stripe product on your venue page:
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS -> LOCATION MANAGEMENT → “Edit Stripe Products”
→ Create a new product and select applicable membership tags. Rule: Memberships can be edited as long as there are no subscribers yet
→ Publish your membership as a product for sale on your venue page
4. Automation:
After a successful purchase via your venue page:
The appropriate tag (e.g. Indoor Golf VIP Membership) is automatically assigned to the client
The contract is activated immediately. The accepted terms during the purchase are communicated via email
In case of cancellation or non-payment access is automatically deactivated
Cancellation can be initiated through the Customer Service Portal by the client (if enabled under your Stripe account) or manually by you within your Stripe account. An automation for cancellations by the client directly within SwingWorks will follow in the future.
