As a Teams Manager, you set up your location, your staff, and your activities.
1) Add your location
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → select a loation -> Edit Calendars → +
Enter Name, Address, Contact Info
Click OK to Save
2) Invite staff and partners
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → select a location -> Edit Calendars → + -> select the calendar type Pro
Enter the person’s Email
Click OK to Send Invitation
3) Configure staff
For independent Pros (self-managing):
Onboarding: Direct them to Getting started as a Pro (availability → appointment types → scheduling link)
For salaried staff (configured by the manager):
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → select a location -> Edit Calendars
Adjust Calendar Settings, Availability, Private Appointment Types, Profile Information
4) Differentiate staff lessons and group activities
Private Lessons for salaried staff:
Go to MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → select a location -> Edit Calendars
Configure under Private Appointment Management
Classes, Camps & Events:
Create Group Classes, Camps, or EventsTemplates under MY GOLF BUSINESS → LOCATION MANAGEMENT → select a location -> EDIT CLASS TEMPLATES
Schedule actual classes and events under GOLF ACADEMY → CLASS MANAGEMENT → +
Assignment to staff inside (e.g. pros on salary) and outside the organization (freelancers and partners) is possible

5) (Optional) Mark yourself as a Head Pro and offer lessons
Go to MY PROFILE → Edit
Enable I am a trainer and offer appointments
Save changes
